Special Conditions

Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Hotel Policies

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available by request at an additional fee but can never be guaranteed prior to arrival. Due to the limited number of connecting rooms, the following connecting combinations are possible: Superior Room to Superior Room, Superior Room to Deluxe Suite, or Executive Room to Executive Room. Please contact the hotel directly with further questions or to make arrangements.

Early Arrival Policy
The hotel is unable to guarantee early check-in unless the room was reserved for the night before as well. The hotel will do its utmost to accommodate guests as soon after check-in as possible.

Transportation Policy
Beginning October 1, 2008, the Munich city center can only be accessed by cars displaying environmental badges on the front of the car. By law, cars not displaying this badge may be fined. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Extra Bedding Policy
Extra beds are available at a supplementary charge of 60 Euro if the rate is excluding breakfast, or 75 Euro if the rate booked is including breakfast. Please note that extra beds can only be offered upon availability. This hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with cribs. Guests must bring their own. Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. A maximum of 3 persons (including children) are allowed per room. Exceptions may be made for very small children. Please contact the hotel for information.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available on request. A fee of 10 Euro per hour will be imposed on guests checking out past noon. Please note that at or after 6:00 PM the full room charge for the following night will apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Pet Policy
One small pet is allowed per room. A 25 Euro daily charge will be added to the room rate. Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurants and must be under supervision at all times.

Smoking Policy
Due to the Non-Smokers' Protection Act, smoking is banned in all public areas. This ban includes smoking in the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Smoking is allowed in designated guest rooms. A 200 EUR cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.
